Khamsene Sychampanakhone, Chair No 5 of the Forum of Lao Aust Organisations in NSW.
The previous Chairs of the Forum received a Certificate of Recognition for their valuable contribution to the success of the Forum. The Certificates were handed to the recipients by Superintendent Ray King (Far Right) from Cabramatta Local Area Command and the Crime Manager, also from the NSW Police Force (Far Left).
